Enjoy Salou from the sea with Stand Up Salou. Walk on the water and learn the paddle surfing technique in just a few minutes. A Water activity for all ages and physical conditions. They offer classes, rental of original material and activities like paddle yoga or sunset route.

Stand Up Salou is located at the end of Levant Beach, in the Sea Card Salou hut,just a few meters from the Pilons viewpoint. In addition, they also have a wide variety of aquatic activities, such as Kayaks, Jet Skis and Banana Boats.

Activities & PRices

The price includes all the necessary material for the activity.

  • Hire board, paddle and strap for paddle surfing: 1 hour for 15 euros.
  • Paddle boarding class: 1 hour for 25 euros.
  • Class of yoga or pilates on the water: 1 hour for 20 euros.
  • Sunset trip via paddle surf: 1 hour for 15 euros.

What is paddle surfing?

Stand Up Paddle or Paddle Surfing was born in ancient times in Polynesia. It is one of oldest water sports in the world. They invented it as a means of navigation to discover new islands and to move around. Subsequently, surf instructors on Waikiki beach used their longboards and rudimentary canoe rims to take photographs of their students or allow them to see them approaching distant waves.
