Located next to the monument of the old Carrilet Train, Sama Sama Veggie is the leading vegan restaurant in Salou. It’s a gastro cafe aimed at lovers of healthy, vegetarian and vegan food. They are famous for their artisan bread, their plate of the day, traditional omelettes plus a great variety of sweets, cakes and organic smoothies. Ideal for lunch, brunch, tapas and quick meals. Herbivore (Reus)

The home of everything vegan in the city of Reus is the fabulous Herbivore. Recommended by HappyCow, this shop in the centre of the city offers a wide range of healthy, vegan, and homemade products. The highlights include homemade fermented cheeses, as well as tofu, creams and vegan sauces. They also have ingredients and spices to buy by the kilo, homemade cookies and cakes, local products and drinks.

Additionally, there is a cosy cafe next to the shop which is open for breakfast or a vegan brunch. It’s a beautifully decorated space where you can relax with a cup of tea or coffee and taste their delicious products. Herbivore is also a meeting point for various events such as workshops and exchange markets. It’s an animal-friendly place, where dogs are not only welcome but are catered to with homemade treats.
