Mont-roig & Miami Platja

Discover an inspiring landscape and the iconic Ermita de la Roca

Discover the landscapes that inspired the surrealist painter Joan Miró, the pristine and crystal clear beaches of Miami and the red mountains around the Ermita de la Roca

Located between the Colldejou mountains and the Mediterranean Sea, Mont-roig del Camp (Baix Camp) connects the sea and the mountains of the Costa Daurada. A town with history and a great diversity of landscapes. An ideal destination to combine a day at the beach, cultural outdoor views and family excursions.

What to visit

Mont-roig has attractions for all tastes and for the whole family. The most emblematic cultural attraction is Mas Miró, where the artist Joan Miró lived and worked. A farmhouse, awarded as one of the best museums in Europe, where you can visit the spaces that inspired the work of the universal artist.

At the top of the village is the Hermitage of Our Lady of the Rock, located on top of the red mountain that gives its name to the village, a Sanctuary surrounded by a natural space and from where you can see the whole plain of the Camp de Tarragona. By the sea and around Miami Platja we find 9 miles of coastline with beaches equipped with all services and small natural coves with crystal clear waters.
