Canyoning on the Costa Daurada

Canyoning is the flagship activity of Gorg Aventura. A refreshing and complete adventure that involves jumping, abseiling, swimming and exploring rivers and gorges in the Prades Mountains. The canyons in this area are designed for beginners, making it the perfect activity for families with children or first-time adventurers on the Costa Daurada.

The experience lasts half a day (morning or afternoon) and includes all the necessary equipment, certified guide, insurance and photo report. Participants should bring swimwear, sports clothing and shoes that can get wet, plus a change of clothes and footwear.

Via ferrata in Southern Catalonia

Via ferratas are vertical routes equipped with cables, ladders and anchors that allow participants to enjoy the thrill of climbing in a safe and accessible way. This activity, increasingly popular in Catalonia, is ideal for experiencing the adrenaline of the mountains while enjoying spectacular views.

Each via ferrata experience lasts half a day (morning or afternoon) and includes equipment, qualified guide, insurance and photographs. Recommended gear: comfortable mountain clothing, water and a small snack.

Caving in the Coves de l’Espluga

Caving offers a fascinating journey into the underground world, discovering caverns, galleries and natural formations such as stalactites and stalagmites. Professional guides ensure safety while sharing insights into this little-known discipline.

Excursions last half a day (morning or afternoon) and include all equipment, certified guide, insurance, transport from Prades and photographs. Participants should wear sports clothing and shoes that can get dirty.
