Vinomi offers the opportunity to learn about the traditional process of olive oil production, from harvest to extraction. Additionally, you can participate in olive oil tastings to explore the various notes and flavours of the Terra Alta’s extra virgin olive oils.

Pilar Ferrando, originally from the Baix Ebre and now adopted by the Terra Alta, is the driving force behind Vinomi. She arrived in the Terra Alta over twenty years ago and fell in love not only with the land but also with its landscapes and people. Her passion for wine, agriculture, and the land has become her profession, and some of the most significant moments of her life have been spent among vineyards and wineries, learning and growing alongside local winegrowers and producers. Pilar is dedicated to sharing her love for the Terra Alta with visitors, offering an authentic rural experience that highlights the richness of the region.
