What is paddle surfing?

Stand Up Paddle or Paddle Surfing was born in ancient times in Polynesia. It is one of oldest water sports in the world. They invented it as a means of navigation to discover new islands and to move around. Subsequently, surf instructors on Waikiki beach used their longboards and rudimentary canoe rims to take photographs of their students or allow them to see them approaching distant waves.

On the beaches of Salou since 2014, Stand Up is the benchmark for paddle surfing experiences in the capital of the Costa Daurada
